Dries Van Nieuwenhuyse is thought leader on the impact of technology and statistics on the decision-making processes of organizations. He focuses on the interactions and collaborations between Strategic, Financial, Business and Analytical Intelligence. He helps organizations in the areas of Business Intelligence and Performance Management strategy, fact-based change management and coaching, in the Benelux.
Dries is involved as a coach to executives to optimize decision-making and its underlying processes in organizations. He develops executive education workshops and awareness sessions to bridge business decision-making challenges with Performance Management and Business Intelligence solutions, and to leverage the impact of fact-based decisions on the changes needed to embed them into more optimal behavior of people. This way he promotes bridging the strategy gap with tools and statistics. His prime goal is to ask the proper questions, yielding easy answers.
He lectures on Performance Management, Business and Analytical Intelligence at EHSAL Management School (Odisee, Brussels), Thomas More (Mechelen), Karel De Grote Hogeschool (Antwerp). He also lectures at STIMA in the programme of Marketing Metrics.

Dries is also programme director for Corporate Performance Management at the EHSAL Management School (Odisee, Brussels). He is Fellow of the Hogenheuvelcollege (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) and is researcher at HOGent.
