Optimizing the decision-making TCO

Maintaining a decision-making infrastructure is very costly if not managed properly. The Total Cost of Ownership entails both hardware, software and maintenance people. Most of the costs are driven by the number of users and the complexity of the infrastructure e.g. number of reports, number of sources, number of environments. Through benchmarking the TCO is analysed in function of the tasks at hand and optimizations are suggested.
