Decision making culture audit

Despite all technical infrastructure for decision-making many initiatives are not fully delivering on the promise due to the human factor. Understanding the way that decisions are made and the psychological hurdles that inhibit fact-based decision-making allows for a focused support and effective removal of politics.

Different psychological aspects are observed and recognized e.g. group thinking, success for the successful ones, the self-fulfilling prophecy. Getting a better view on these aspects allows for better understanding of the culture playing its role in the way decisions are made. Knowing where we are now is the best way to identify the steps needed to go where we want to. Get there together?
